One bedroom apartment close to the Hippodrome
|
Situated close to Auteuil Hippodrome and Boulogne Woods, between rue Molitor and rue Jouvenet.
Privileged and mostly residential, this district offers the amenities of central Paris- restaurants and cafes, food and other convenience shops, in a short walking distance to the Parc des Princes (one of the most important stadiums in France) and to Roland Garros (where the French Tennis Open takes place every year). Also close is the gorgeous Bois de Boulogne (Boulogne woods), ideal for an agreeable stroll amongst the trees and along the lakes. The Trocadero neighborhood and the Eiffel Tower, as well as the Place de l'Etoile and Champs Elysées are in ten to fifteen minutes' distance by metro.
Bright and very calm this 40m2 one-bedroom apartment is located on the 5th floor of a post war 20th century building equipped with a security system and an elevator. Full sky and overlooking the next roofs, it has west exposed windows screened by Venetian blinds, and shows off-white walls, a wall-to-wall carpet, and 2,52m high ceiling.
A mini hall showing a recessed closet leads to the facing living room, American kitchen, and following bedroom, and to the bathroom placed to the left just beside the main door.
A floor to ceiling French window and a window brighten the pleasant 20m2 living room. It is fitted out with a 140cm wide double sofa bed, a rectangular coffee table, an antique console, a built in closet, recessed shelves and cabinet, and a floor lamp.
To the right side of the living room a wide folding door splits the 11m2 bedroom, furnished with a 140cm wide double bed with bedside chest, table, and lamps, a recessed mirror doors closet, a desk, a cable TV, a DVD player and VCR player set on a stand, wall photos, and a window.
The American kitchen is equipped with two stools, four gas burners, a traditional electric oven, a microwave oven, a combo fridge-freezer, a toaster, and a white sink, (the dishwasher is to be replaced as the one seen in the pictures is out of use). Tableware and other utensils are stowed away in the wall cupboards drawers.
Light blue and yellow tiled, and white painted, the bathroom encloses a bathtub with handheld showerhead (no screen), a medicine cabinet above the white ceramic washbasin, a wall cupboard, a cabinet, a washing machine, and toilet.
DSL internet service and WIFI is available.
The closest metro stations are Michel Ange Molitor (lines 9, 10), and Chardon Lagache (line 10)
