One bedroom apartment in Montorgeuil with terrace

Located between Rue Etienne Marcel and Rue du Cygne, this charming one-bedroom duplex apartment is in the heart of the famous Les Halles area. It is close to the pedestrian Montorgueil street, with its large choice of quality food products, restaurants and cafes, as well as other services. It is also very close to the Beaubourg modern art museum, the rue des Lombards Jazz clubs and of course the large underground mall of les Halles. It is also in a short walking distance to main points of interest such as the Seine River, to the Notre Dame Cathedral on Ile de la Cité, to the unique Ile Saint Louis, and to the majestic Louvre Museum. From its adjoining Jardin des Tuileries, one of the historic most known parks in Paris there is a fine perspective - the alignment of the Obelisk on Place de la Concorde, the Champs Elysée and the Arc de Triomphe in one direction. The Arc de Triomphe du Carroussel and the glass' pyramid of the Louvre in the other. Rue Saint Denis is a famous street very conveniently located right in the heart of Paris. Be aware however that some parts of this street are in the red lights district. This one-bedroom duplex apartment is situated at the sixth and seventh (top) floors of a walk up building. The building has a digicode security system. The layout is as followed. The entrance door opens on the living-room, with it's open kitchen and it's terrace. A metal and wooden stair leads to the mezzanine room with it's bathroom. The living-room has white painted walls, beams and wooden floors. There are two french windows with white curtains that open on the terrace. There are blue curtains on the other side of the windows. It is furnished with a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a dining table with four chairs, built-in bookshelves and a little green bench. There is a phone, a fan on a stand, paintings, lamps and decorative items. The terrace is decorated with plants, outdoor lamps, it has a small wrought iron table with two matching chairs and two extra chairs. There is a very nice view on Paris. The open kitchen has light green walls and white tiled floor. paintings, a window (view on courtyard) and a wooden bar decorated with paintings. There are wooden shelves, wooden and metal cabinets. It is furnished with an electric oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a kettle, a coffee-maker, a toaster, a washer/dryer and four vitro-ceramic burners. There are all necessary utensils. The mezzanine room has white painted walls, beams, a wooden floor and there are two skylight windows. It is furnished with an electric queen size bed (possibility to move the bed separately, up and down, as single mattresses). There is a home cinema system with a plasma television, cable, vcr and dvd. There is also a stereo system, a white built-in closet, a antique style trunk, a wooden cabinet, paintings, lamps and decorative items. The bathroom has a skylight window, black and grey marble floor and walls. There is a glass doors built-in closet with wardrobe space, a bathtub, a toilet and a washbasin surmounted by two mirror. The nearest subway station is Etienne Marcel (Line 4).
