one bedroom apartment in the Bastille area
|
Situated between Rue de la Roquette and Rue Richard Lenoir, this one bedroom apartment is in the heart of the famous and trendy Bastille area (Rue de Lappe, Rue de la Roquette etc). This is also at a 10-minute walking distance from the Place des Vosges.
Only at a five minutes walking distance is the Place de la Bastille where is the Opera de la Bastille, considered as one of the best opera houses in the world. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous shops, restaurants and cafes, supermarkets, and markets such as the well-known Parisian market Rue Richard Lenoir (Thursdays and Sundays morning). The apartment is very centrally located and is also very near to the fashionable and old Marais area.
The apartment is situated on the last floor (6th) of a beginning of the century elevator building. The main entrance gate has a security system and there is a concierge in the building.
The layout is as followed.
The entrance door opens on a hall that leads to the kitchen by the left and to the living room by the right. The access to the bedroom is by the left of the living room. And finally the bathroom is accessible thru the bedroom.
This apartment is bright (last floor) and hospitable for it has white walls, wooden floors and a nice eclectic decoration style. It is ideal to discover the modern Parisian life due to its location.
The 25 m2 living room has two windows facing the street with blinds at the exterior. It is furnished with a little round table and its matching chairs, a bookcase, a sofa, a coffee table, plants and other decorative items. The room is equipped with a TV and a DVD player.
There is also a working fireplace.
The bedroom has a window with blinds at the exterior, facing the quiet courtyard. It is furnished with two futon beds on over the other. So it is possible to move one of them to the living room and have a bed in it. There is a bedside table and an Asian style cupboard.
The kitchen has a wooden worktop and is equipped with an oven, two vitro-ceramic burners, a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a toaster. There are all necessary utensils as well as a window.
High speed internet access is available.
The bathroom is all tiled in white. It is equipped with a shower, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and a toilet.
There is also a washing machine.
The nearest metro stations are Bastille (lines 5,8 and 1) and Breguet-Sabin (line 5).
