A spacious four bedroom apartment close to the Eiffel Tower

Most known Parisian monument in the world, the Eiffel tower with its 3 stages totalising 320 meters high, including the antenna, and weighting approximately 7 300 tons, was built for the 1889 World Exhibition. Gustave Eiffel, French engineer specialized in revolutionary steel constructions, carried out its two years construction. On one side it faces the splendid Champ de Mars and beautiful floral gardens, and on the other side, beyond the Seine River, the Trocadero Place where is the Palais de Chaillot built for the International Exhibition in 1937, housing the Cinema Museum, the Marine Museum, and the Humain Being Museum, as well as an esplanade offering the most impressive view of the Eiffel Tower. All sorts of fashion, conveniences and other shops, fine restaurants and cafes, are found in the neighborhood. This four bedroom apartment is situated on the 5th floor of an elevator building dating from the beginning of the 20th century, which is built on a corner of the Emile Zola Avenue and a little street. The main entrance gate is protected by a digicode security system, an intercom and by a concierge as well. The apartment faces the two streets (southeastern exposure) and the courtyard (western exposure). It has white painted walls with moldings, double-glazing and wooden floor. The layout is as followed. The entry door opens on a hallway leading on the left side to the first bedroom, the living room, the master bedroom (accessible thru the living room as well) and the third bedroom. On the left side, the hallway leads to the kitchen, the separated toilet, the first bathroom and the children bedroom. At the end of this hallway, straight ahead, there is the second bathroom. This corridor has a wooden floor and a built-in closet. There is a service door in the kitchen. The first appealing detail of this apartment is the large curvy bay window (corner building). It overlooks the Emile Zola Avenue and has white net curtains. The wooden floor, the original form of this room and the large bay window create a warm atmosphere. It is furnished with a mix of antique style and contemporary furniture. There is a rectangular dining table with six chairs, an antique sideboard, an antique armchair, a contemporary wooden coffee table with its two matching armchair and an antique mirror. It is also equipped with a cable TV. The master bedroom is in an eclectic easy to live style. The window opens on the Avenue and has net curtains. It is furnished with a double size bed, an antique chest of drawers closed by net curtains, a desk and two bedside tables. The first bedroom is separated by the living room by a double glass door with pastel curtains. The window overlooks the street and has net curtains and dark blue velvet curtains. It is furnished with a double sofa bed, a white chest of drawers, a desk with its matching stool, a colorful rug and an antique folding screen. It decorated with an original eclectic taste. The third bedroom is in the same spirit as the first bedroom and the window overlooks the avenue as well. It is furnished with a double size bed, an antique desk, a white cabinet and small cupboard with shelves. The red rug and the decorative fireplace surmounted by a mirror give warm atmosphere to this room. The children bedroom is both convenient and quiet. Indeed the window opens on the silent courtyard and is furnished with a two bunk beds. There is also a wooden desk with a chair, a round table and a large cabinet. The kitchen is both convenient and stylish in a contemporary way. It is equipped with two vitro-ceramic burners, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a little refrigerator, a coffee maker and a toaster. There are also lots of cabinets containing the dishes and all the necessary cooking utensils. The service door opens on a balcony leading to the service staircase. The first bathroom is totally tiled in white with some marine decoration. It is equipped with a bathtub with a showerhead, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror. There is a laundry machine. The second bathroom is quite similar to the first one (white tiles marine decoration). It has a shower closed by a glass door, a washbasin and a toilet. The separated toilet is totally tiled in white and is equipped with a built-in washbasin. This four-bedrooms apartment is perfect for a long stay in this both selected and familial district. The nearest metro station is "Avenue Emile Zola" (line 10).
