A studio apartment near the « Parc des Expositions de la porte de Versailles »

Neighborhood: This studio apartment is located close to the Parc des Expositions de la Porte de Versailles where fairs and exhibitions take place throughout the year. The area also has a number of small parks such as the Parc Andre Citroen, and the Parc Georges Brassens, which was built in tribute to this famous French composer and singer. The area is located about 15 minutes via Metro from some of Paris' most important points of interest. This includes the Champs Elysees, the Tuileries Gardens beside the Louvre, and the Opera Garnier. The neighborhood offers many sorts of services, shops, restaurants and cafes, as well as small markets and supermarkets.
Premises: The apartment is situated on a quiet street in the 15th arrondissement. It has western exposure and is located on the 3th floor (4th floor in the USA) of a building which was built at the beginning of the 20th century. The building has an electronic security system.
The entrance to the apartment opens into the living/sleeping room with an open kitchen and bathroom to the right.
The living room is furnished with a double size sofa bed, a large closet with mirrored doors and a dining table with 2 matching chairs. The two windows have white net curtains and face an inside courtyard. This room is equipped with a TV, which is connected to the cable.
The open kitchen is equipped with 2 electric hot plates, a microwave oven, and a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment. It also has a stainless steel sink, and appliances such as a coffee maker and a toaster. There is a closet containing basic kitchen utensils.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and washbasin with a mirror. There is also a toilet and a white cabinet with mirrored doors.
The heating and water heater are both individual and electric.
The nearest metro station is Convention (line 12).
