Two bedroom apartment in Les Halles area

Neighborhood: located between Les Halles and Rue de Rivoli, this two bedroom apartment is just a few steps away from the Hotel de Ville. Also nearby is the Chatelet les Halles, the Louvre, the Place des Victoires and the Jardins du Palais Royal and many other of Paris' wonderful attractions. This area abounds in restaurants, cafes, and diverse shops. All forms of markets can be found close by including the well known Rue Montorgueil market. Premises: this 75m² two bedroom apartment is situated on the third floor of a 19th century elevator building. The main entrance gate is protected by a double digicode and an intercom. The apartment faces the street (eastern exposure) and has white painted walls and wooden floors throughout except in the bathrooms, which are tiled. The entry door opens onto the hall. On the right-hand side are the main bedroom, the dining room, the living room / 2nd bedroom. On the left-hand side are the two bathrooms and the kitchen. The 18m² dining room is furnished with two sofas, a dining table with four chairs, a window, antique lamps and an area rug. The 16m² bedroom is furnished with a (160-cm wide) bed, two armchairs, a chest of drawers, a TV, and two lamps standing on bedside tables. The second bedroom / living room is equipped with a (160-cm wide) sofa bed, a bookcase, lamps, a chest of drawers, a TV, a stereo, an area rug, a phone and a window. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, 4 vitro-ceramic electric burners, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a double stainless sink, a toaster and all the utensils. The first bathroom is marble tiled and has a washbasin with a mirror, a tub with a handheld showerhead, a toilet and a washing machine for laundry. The second bathroom has a shower, a white ceramic washbasin and a toilet. Heat and hot water are both electric and individual. The nearest metro station is Chatelet (Line 1, 4, 7, 11 & 14) and RER A and B.
