Perfectly Located Studio apartment in Iles Saint Louis

In the heart of the historic Paris the selected and delightful Isle Saint Louis has its particular charm in the harmony of the close-packed houses, the little cafes where a petit café can be enjoyed at leisure, the quiet quays and the aura of the past, which pervades the island. Along the island's main street, Rue Saint-Louis-en-l'Isle, there are numerous little shops, cozy crêperies, and smart restaurants, often in vaulted cellars, which form an attractive setting for an elegant meal. The nice view of the Hotel De Ville, of the Quartier Latin and the Pantheon, and also of the Ile de la Cité and Notre Dame Cathedral, inspires an agreeable stroll along the quays, or a picnic on the banks of the Seine River.
This 40m2 studio is situated on the 1st floor of a walk-up building typical of those built in the 19th century.
The entrance hallway is decorated with woodwork and mirrors. The mirrors are sliding doors and hide an equipped kitchen with ventilation.
The 33m2 living area with it's 3,30m ceiling and wooden beams, brown stone floor and two floor-to-ceiling windows and a decorative fireplace. It is furnished with antique style furniture and has a red leather sofa, a table with chairs, an armchair and a sideboard, bookshelves and a small writing table. It also is equipped with cable TV.
Stairs lead to the loft (7m2), which has a double bed with two bedside tables. The space underneath the mezzanine is filled with storage facilities.
The white-tiled bathroom comes with a shower, a toilet, two washbasins and storage space.
Electric heat and hot water individually metered
It's a five to ten-minute walk to the nearest metro station (Pont Marie, line 7) and to the closest bus stop it is 200m (bus no. 67).
