Neighborhood:
This studio is located in the 8th Arrondisement, between Rue Faubourg Saint Honore, with its high-end fashion shops, and Rue Penthievre. It's only a short distance to the Champs Elysees.. The 8th Arrondisement is also famous for it's restaurants and bars. With three different metros in walking distance, it's an easy ride to all parts of the city, especially La Defense, Paris' central business district.
Premises:
This 22-m2 studio with 2,70m ceilings comes with eclectic furniture. It is situated on the 1st floor (2nd floor in the USA) of a building with an elevator that is typical of those apartment buildings that were constructed in the 1930s. The building is protected by a coded security system as well as a concierge.
Layout:
The entrance door opens into the kitchen (3,5m2), which is fully equipped, with an electric stove, a kitchen sink, a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a toaster and a washing machine.
The living area (15m2) has a double window that faces east onto the courtyard. It is furnished with a sofa bed (1.40x1.90m), an armchair, a coffee table, a writing desk with two chairs and is equipped with a cable TV and a stereo system. There are two framed Warhol prints among other pictures on the walls. It has beige wall-to-wall carpeting.
The bathroom (3,5m2) has a washbasin, a shower and a toilet. It has a window that faces the courtyard.
Wireless internet access is available.
The closest metro is Miromesnil (line 9).
Heat and hot-water are individually metered.
Cleaning service on demand (2 hours/week).
