A one-bedroom duplex apartment between the Place Bastille and Bercy

Neighborhood: This apartment is located close to Gare de Lyon and Bercy, a neighborhood with lovely gardens, the Palais Omnisports de Bercy where many important sporting events and shows take place throughout the year, and the Cine-Cite, a cinema that offers the widest range of movies in Paris. The Coulee Verte, a new jogging trail, and parks that were installed on top of the old railroad viaduct leading to the Bastille, is about 100meters away. In the Bastille area are many particularly good entertainment options such as its new Opera House, as well as restaurants and pubs that are regularly and frequented by artists and young people. Premises: This 50m² one bedroom duplex apartment is located on the ground floor of a building dating back to the beginning of the 20th century. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded security system and an intercom. It opens onto a paved courtyard leading to the apartment's door. Layout: The entrance door opens directly into the living room. On the right is a separate kitchen and a toilet. A staircase goes upstairs to the bedroom. The bathroom is accessible thru this bedroom. The 25m² living room is decorated with eclectic taste and has one window opening onto the courtyard. It is furnished with a single size sofa bed, two armchairs, a console with a TV with DVD and VCR players, a coffee table and bookshelves. The 25m² bedroom has two windows overlooking the courtyard. It is furnished with a queen size bed, a sofa, an armchair, a desk, a chest of drawers and some bookshelves. There is also a walk in closet. The kitchen is equipped with a combo electric burners / oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker and a laundry machine. The white tiled bathroom has a window and is equipped with a bathtub, a washbasin and a toilet. The nearest metro station is Gare de Lyon (line 1, 14 - RER A). Heat and hot water use gas and are individually metered.
