The apartment was terrific: very warm, clean, quiet, and bright. It was very spacious, which is rare for a Paris vacation rental. It was even better than the pictures. The owner was very nice and helpful. We were with a toddler and she loved going up and down the spiral staircase and being right on the courtyard. We couldn't have asked for more and were thrilled to have found [this Paris accommodation]. We would definitely rent this apartment again or recommend it to others. |

We had a marvelous week in Paris. The apartment was perfect! [The owner] welcomed me when I arrived and was very hospitable and left maps of the area we were staying in. The vacation rental which has wonderful character with all the lovely books and art on the wall was so welcoming and relaxing to come home to at the end of day of sightseeing. The neighborhood was fantastic with a wonderful green grocer across the road and down the road a bakery that provided us with fresh baguette every morning and eclairs in the evening as well as wonderful restaurants for an aperatif of Kir.
Also the viaduct just behind the apartment was wonderful to run along - allowing me to eat all the wonderful French food.
When I visit Paris again I can't imagine not staying at the apartment [...] in the 12th arrondissement.
