Neighborhood: This apartment is located close to Gare de Lyon and Bercy, a neighborhood with lovely gardens, the Palais Omnisports de Bercy where many important sporting events and shows take place throughout the year, and the Cine-Cite, a cinema that offers the widest range of movies in Paris. The Coulee Verte, a new jogging trail, and parks that were installed on top of the old railroad viaduct leading to the Bastille, is about 100meters away. In the Bastille area are many particularly good entertainment options such as its new Opera House, as well as restaurants and pubs that are regularly and frequented by artists and young people. Premises: This 50m² one bedroom duplex apartment is located on the ground floor of a building dating back to the beginning of the 20th century. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded security system and an intercom. It opens onto a paved courtyard leading to the apartment's door.
