One bedroom apartment close to th famous place des Vosges

Neighborhood:
Oldest square of Paris, the Royal Place des Vosges' was originally named the Place Royale, which construction between 1605 and 1612 was decided by Henry IV, the king. At the floor level number of harmonious arcades surround the square, all made in red brick and stone facings. The center south and north gateways were respectively the kings and queens pavilions. Here lived many historical personalities such as the world famous novelist, Victor Hugo, at number 6 - now a museum - Maison de Victor Hugo.
Many museums, art galleries, selected restaurants, and pleasant cafes are easily found in this area. In a 10 minutes walking distance, is the Bastille Place, symbol of the French Republic, and in a short distance by metro, all other important points of interest.
Premises:
This 50m˛ one bedroom apartment is located on the third floor of an 18th century walk-up building. The main entrance door is protected by a coded security system and an intercom.
Layout:
The entrance door opens directly onto the living room and its open kitchen. The bathroom and the bedroom are accessible thru the living room.
The 29m˛ living room is divided in two parts. The 20m˛ first one is a dining room with a windows overlooking the street. It is furnished with a dining table, two sideboards and a table with upon it a small TV. The 9m˛ second one is a TV room furnished with a double size sofa bed, a coffee table, a closet and a TV with a VCR player.
The open kitchen is equipped with four gas burners, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a freezer, a coffee maker and a toaster.
The 12m˛ bedroom has a double glazed window opening onto the street. It is furnished with a double size bed, a desk and two built-in closets.
The bathroom has a shower cabin, a washbasin and in a recess a toilet.
The laundry machine is located in a small closet accessible by the building's staircase.
The nearest metro station is Chemin Vert (line 8).
Heat and hot water use gas and are individually metered.
