A studio apartment close to the Madeleine

Neighborhood:
This apartment building is located on a small street with a few shops and restaurants in the exclusive Madeleine district, just a few steps from the Opera Garnier and the luxurious Place Vendôme. Also close by are other important points of interest such as the Louvre, the Seine, Place de la Concorde, and the beautiful Champs Elysées
Premises:
This 40m² (400sq.ft.) studio apartment is located on the fourth floor (fifth floor in the USA) of a recently constructed building with an elevator. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded security system and an intercom.
Layout:
The entrance door opens into a foyer that leads to a hallway on the right. This hallway leads to the bathroom, the living room and an open kitchen at the end.
The 27m² living / sleeping room has three double glazed windows overlooking the street. It is furnished with a double size bed, an armchair, a TV, a desk, built-in closets and bookshelves.
The open kitchen has a bistro table with chairs, a refrigerator and a microwave oven. Be aware that there is no stove or hotplates.
The tiled bathroom has a shower, a washbasin, a laundry machine and a toilet.
A phone line and an Internet connection is available.
The nearest metro station is Madeleine (line 8, 12, 14).
Heat and hot water use electric and are individually metered.
