A one-bedroom apartment close to the Eiffel Tower

Neighborhood: Located next to the Eiffel Tower and the Champ de Mars with its beautiful gardens, it is also only a few steps from the Seine. Opposite, beyond the Seine is the Trocadero Place and the Palais de Chaillot built for the International Exhibition in 1937, and houses the Cinema Museum and the Marine Museum. The esplanade offers impressive views of the Eiffel Tower. There are shops of many varieties, exclusive restaurants and cafes, all found in this neighborhood. Premises: This 35m² (350sq.ft) one bedroom duplex apartment is situated on the third floor (fourth floor in the USA) of a prewar walk-up building, which faces a small paved street. The main entrance gate is protected by an intercom. Layout: The entrance door opens directly onto the open kitchen and to the living room. A staircase goes up to the bedroom. The bathroom is accessible thru the living room. The 17m² (170 sq.ft.) living room has two windows overlooking the street. It is furnished with a sofa, a table, chairs and some built-in closet and bookshelves. The open kitchen is equipped with four electric burners, a small fridge, a laundry machine, a coffee maker and a toaster. The 15m² bedroom has a skylight opening onto the street and has a view of the Eiffel Tower. It is furnished with a double size bed, a bedside table, a desk with its chair and some built-in closets. This room has a TV. The tiled bathroom has a tub, a washbasin and a toilet. The nearest metro station is Invalides (line 8). Heat and hot water are electric and individually metered.
