Neighborhood:
A few steps from the impressive Place de la Nation, this a typical Parisian residential neighborhood. It is located a few metro stations away from the Place de la Bastille, which provides many different entertainment options such as the new Opera House, cinemas, restaurants and pubs, plus a diversity of other stores. Convenience shops such as markets, supermarkets, and drugstores are easily found in the neighborhood.
Premises:
This 22m² studio apartment is located on the second floor (third floor in the USA) of a well-maintained walk-up building dating back of the beginning of the 20th century. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded security system.
Layout:
The entrance door opens directly onto the living room. On the left, is the bathroom and an open kitchen.
The 12m² living room has two windows overlooking the street. It is furnished with a double size futon bed, a single size futon bed, a desk, a coffee table and a built-in closet. This room is equipped with a combo TV / VCR player connected to the cable, a stereo and an Internet connection.
The open kitchen has a bar with two stools. It is equipped with two electric burners, a small refrigerator, a microwave oven, a coffee maker and a toaster.
The bathroom has a bathtub, a washbasin and a toilet.
The nearest metro station is Rue du Boulet (line 9).
Heat and hot water are electric and individually metered.
