A three-bedroom apartment close to Saint Germain des Prés
|
Neighborhood:
The apartment is located on a quiet street in a very exclusive section of Saint Germain des Près. Saint Germain des Près is one of the most attractive and historic districts of the left bank of the Seine. Here also are number of select restaurants and historic cafes such as Les Deux Magots and Café de Flore, favorite haunts of the Fench existentialists and some famous (and not so famous) American expat writers. Just beside the new Marché Saint Germain (Fashion Market), a few steps away rue de Buci features a special atmosphere and open-air market.
Premises:
This 120m² (1200 sq.ft.) three-bedroom apartment is situated on the second floor (third floor in the USA) of a 20th century building,. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded security system and it leads to a paved courtyard. The elevator is accessible through second entrance gate.
Layout:
The entrance door opens into the hall. It leads by the right to the living room and the separate kitchen; to the left to the corridor and its three bedrooms. There is in the center the two bathrooms and the two toilets.
The 33m² living room is decorated in a contemporary style. The bay window overlooks the courtyard. It is furnished with two double size sofas, two armchairs and two poufs. One sofa is retractable in a single bed. There is a coffee table, a desk with upon it a computer connected to Internet. There is also a cable TV with its VCR player, a stereo, a telephone, a closet and a dining table.
The separate kitchen is equipped with four gas burners, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, an espresso coffee maker, an oven, a microwave, a kettle and a toaster.
The 16m² master bedroom has a bay window opening onto the courtyard. It is furnished with a queen size bed, two bedside tables and a closet.
The 13m² second bedroom has a bay window, which overlooks the courtyard. It is equipped with a single bed, a futon bed, a table, a stereo, a piano, a bookshelf and a closet.
The 13m² third bedroom 3 has a bay window opening onto the courtyard. It is equipped with a double size bed, a stereo, a chair and two chests of drawers.
The bathroom 1 has a morocco shower and a washbasin.
The bathroom 2 has a bathtub with its showerhead and two washbasins.
There is also a laundry.
The nearest metro station is Vaneau (line 10).
Heat and hot water are both collective heating
