Saint Germain des Près is one of the most attractive and historic districts of the left bank of the Seine. Just beside the new Marché Saint Germain (Fashion Market), a few steps away rue de Buci features a special atmosphere and open-air market.

The 13m² third bedroom 3 has a bay window opening onto the courtyard. It is equipped with a double size bed, a stereo, a chair and two chests of drawers.
The bathroom 1 has a morocco shower and a washbasin.
The bathroom 2 has a bathtub with its showerhead and two washbasins.
There is also a laundry.
The nearest metro station is Vaneau (line 10).
