Neighborhood: This one-bedroom apartment is located in the 5th Arrondisement, in rue Xavier Privas, between rue Huchette and rue Saint-Severin. The Quartier Latin is an ancient riverside quarter between the Seine and the Luxembourg Gardens. There are many famous institutes of learning in this area like La Sorbonne, which retains much of its old character. The Quartier Latin is covered with narrow, cobble streets dating back to the 13th century. There are all sorts of small food shops, restaurants, and supermarkets in the neighborhood.
