This two-bedroom apartment is located in the 10th Arrondisement, on Rue La Fayette, between Rue du Faubourg Poissonniere and Rue Abbeville at the Place Franz Liszt.
Premises:
This 52m2-apartment with 2.00m ceilings in the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom and a 2.50m ceiling in the living room is on the 4th floor of a walk-up 18th century building. It is protected by a digicode and has a concierge.
Layout:
The front door opens to an entrance area with a walk-in closet and access into the kitchen.
The separate kitchen is equipped and comes with an electric stove, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, an exhaust fan, an electric kettle, a toaster and a coffee maker. It has a wooden dining table with two chairs.
The living room (20m2) is furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a writing desk and bookshelves. It has wall-to-wall carpets with smaller carpets on it. The French window is leading to a balcony, which faces east onto the Place Franz Liszt and the Saint Vincent de Paul church.
The bedroom (18m2) has a window facing west into a courtyard. It is furnished with a double bed with a night table and a walk-in closet.
The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin and a window facing west into the courtyard. Its walls are made-up of Moroccan terra cotta tiles.
The toilet is separate.
The closest metro is Gare du Nord (line 4, 5) and RER B, D and Poissonniere (line7).
Electric heat and hot water are individually metered.
