A studio apartment in a few steps of the Invalides and Eiffel Tower Area

Neighborhood:
Nearby is the most well known Parisian monument in the world, the Eiffel tower with its 3 stages that are over 320 meters high, including the antenna, and weighting approximately 7 300 tons, was built for the 1889 world exhibition. Gustave Eiffel, French engineer specialized in revolutionary steel constructions, carried out its two years construction. On one side it offers a view of the splendid Champ de Mars and the beautiful floral gardens. On the other side over the Seine River by Trocadero Place you will find the Palais de Chaillot built for the International Exhibition in 1937. In this area you will find the Cinema Museum, the Marine Museum, and the Humain Being Museum, as well as an esplanade offering the most impressive view of the Eiffel Tower. This very exclusive district provides choice fashion and conveniences, and other shops, fine restaurants and cafes.
Premises:
This 42m˛ studio apartment is located on the ground floor of a 20th century building. A coded security system and a concierge provide security for the main entrance of this building. The main entrance leads to a hallway, which opens to a lovely private garden. From this garden there is access to a second entrance gate which is also protected by an intercom system.
Layout:
The entrance of the apartment opens onto a hallway. To the left of the hallway, it leads to a separate toilet. To the right, it leads to the living room and its separate kitchen. The bathroom is accessible thru the living room. Curtains separate the bedroom from the living room.
The 18m˛ living room has one bay window and one French window overlooking the courtyard. It is furnished with a sofa, a coffee table, a dining table, a small table with a lamp, three chairs, a stereo, and a telephone. There is also DSL Internet access, a console with a TV and a DVD player on it, an iron with an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, a fan and a chest of drawers. There is the possibility that a desk will be provided.
The 5m˛ bedroom has a window overlooking the courtyard. It is furnished with a double size bed and a bedside table with an alarm clock.
The separate kitchen is equipped with two electric burners, a fridge, a washing machine (combo washer/dryer), a microwave oven, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle.
The marble bathroom has a bathtub with a shower and a washbasin. There is a separate toilet. There is a built-in closet into the hallway
The nearest subway station is Tour Maubourg (L8).
Both the heating and hot water systems use electricity and are individually metered.
