A lovely studio apartment with a great view on the Eiffel Tower
|
Neighborhood:
This apartment is situated between the Invalides and the Rue Saint-Dominique in the neighborhood of the Eiffel Tower and not far from the parks of the Champs de Mars. It is near the Military School monument, the beautiful Esplanade des Invalides and the glorious Hotel des Invalides, which was built by Louis XIV in 1670 to house and take care of old, disabled soldiers. On the Left Bank by the Seine River, the impressive Musée d'Orsay, and the National Assembly are in walking distance. The streets in this vicinity abound with smart fashion shops, in vogue restaurants and cafes, art galleries, cinemas, and markets.
Premises:
This 28m2 (approx. 300 sq. ft.) studio apartment is located on the sixth floor (seventh in the USA) of an end of the 19th century building with elevator. A coded security system, an intercom and a concierge protect the main entrance gate. The exposure is west.
Layout:
The entry door opens to a hall; the bathroom and toilet are on the near right. On the left is the separate kitchen and to the far right is the main room.
The studio has a French window that overlooks the balcony, which has a chair and offers a great view of the Eiffel Tower. The main room is furnished with a double size sofa bed, an armchair, a dining table with two chairs, a closet, a chest of drawers, a TV and DVD player, an ADSL Internet connection, a table, a fan, a lamp and a telephone.
The separate kitchen is equipped with a microwave, two electric burners, a small refrigerator, and all the necessary utensils. The marble bathroom is fitted with a tub and showerhead, a washbasin and toilet.
The nearest metro station is Invalides (RER C, line 8, line13).
Floor heat and hot water are collective.
