Neighborhood:
Situated on the famous Place Saint-Sulpice and just steps from the Luxembourg Gardens, this apartment is ideally located in the heart of the Saint Germain des Prés area. This neighborhood is celebrated for its elegant, trendy options - stylish fashion shops, antique shops, art galleries, sophisticated and traditional restaurants and cafes. In a short distance are the renowned Boulevard Saint-Germain, the ravishing Luxembourg Gardens, the Seine River, and most of the monuments and points of interest. Also in the neighborhood are fine bakeries, select supermarkets, and the well-known daily Buci open air market.
Premises:
This 55m² (approx. 590 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor (2nd for USA) of a 17th century building equipped with an elevator. The apartment has a southwestern exposure. A coded security system and an intercom protect the building.
Layout:
The entrance door opens into a corridor; to the left is the living room and then the separate kitchen. The bedroom and bathroom are straight ahead and the separate toilet is on the right.
The 30m² (approx. 320 sq. ft.) living room has two double-glaze windows overlooking the street and the famous Place Saint-Sulpice. It is furnished with a sofa, three armchairs, a coffee table, a console with cable TV, a dining table with three matching chairs, a high-speed Internet connection, a phone, a stereo, a desk, a closet and some shelves.
The 8m² (approx. 85 sq. ft.) bedroom has one double-glaze window which overlooks the courtyard. It is furnished with a queen-size bed, some shelves, a washbasin, a chair and a lamp. There is an open bathroom with a shower.
The kitchen is equipped with four vitro ceramic burners, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a combo microwave/grill oven, a coffee maker and a toaster.
The separate toilet is equipped with a washbasin.
The nearest metro station is Saint-Germain (line 4).
Heat and hot water are electric and individually metered.
