Two-bedroom apartment just steps from the Champs Elysees

Neighborhood: This very select district provides choice fashion and convenience shops, fine restaurants and cafes. This street is placed within a few steps to the Seine River on one side, and opposite the renowned Concorde Place and its obelisk, and to the Champs Elysées. Premises: This 75m² (approx. 805 sq. ft.) two-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor (second in the USA) of a 19th century walk-up building. A coded security system, a concierge and an intercom protect the main entrance gate, which opens onto a courtyard leading to the building. Layout: The entrance door opens into the living room and open kitchen. To the left is the bathroom and toilet and straight ahead is the corridor leading to bedroom2 and then bedroom1. The 35m² (approx. 375 sq. ft.) living room has two windows overlooking the street with a southwestern exposure. It is furnished with a sofa, coffee tables, a console with a cable TV, two poufs a stereo and some other decorative items. There is also a dining table with four matching chairs, some shelves and two chests of drawers. Wifi internet access is available. The open kitchen has a dining table with four design chairs, four vitro ceramic burners, a refrigerator, a freezer, a washing machine, a combo microwave/grill oven, a coffee maker and a kettle. The 17m² (approx. 180 sq. ft.) bedroom1 has one window overlooking a courtyard with northeastern exposure and one window overlooking the street with southwestern exposure. It is furnished with a queen-size bed, two bedside tables, a built-in closet and a chest of drawers. The 15m² (approx. 160 sq. ft.) bedroom2 has one window overlooking a courtyard with northeastern exposure and one window overlooking the street with southwestern exposure. It is furnished with a trundle bed, a closet and a bedside table. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and showerhead, a toilet and a washbasin. The nearest metro station is Alma Marceau (L9).
