Five-bedroom triplex loft close to the Luxembourg area

Neighborhood: This furnished loft apartment is located on Rue Saint-Jacques between Rue Royer Collard and Rue Pierre et Marie Curie. Neighboring the splendid Luxembourg Gardens, this mostly residential district is part of the Quartier Latin. It is only a few steps from the Pantheon. Also nearby are the Sorbonne and Jussieu universities, and the Seine with its many booksellers' stalls. There are numerous restaurants and cafes, a diversity of shops, and other quality conveniences such as the famous rue Mouffetard. Premises: This 185m² (approx. 1,990 sq. ft.) five-bedroom loft apartment is located on the ground, first, second and third floor. A coded security system protects the main entrance gate. It opens onto a courtyard leading to the apartment, which is protected by an intercom. This door opens into a hallway, which leads to the apartment on the left. The entrance door opens into the living room, which has a staircase, and the open kitchen. To the right is the laundry room. On the first floor, straight ahead, is bathroom #1; to the right is a sports room and then the separate toilet. The open kitchen is equipped with five gas burners, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee maker. Bathroom #2 has a skylight and is equipped with a bathtub topped by a showerhead, a shower and a toilet. There is a separate toilet. The laundry room contains a washing machine, a dryer and some closets. The 45m² (approx. 480 sq. ft.) terrace is furnished with a table and chairs. For convenient travel around Paris the nearest metro station is Luxembourg (RER B). Heat and hot water use gas and are individually metered.
