Neighborhood: The Village d'Auteuil is a traditional neighborhood in a very select district that provides choice fashion shops, fine restaurants and cafes, and other conveniences. There are two open-air markets in the area. It is a short metro ride to the Eiffel Tower and the splendid Champ de Mars with its beautiful floral gardens; it is also a few steps away from the Seine River. Opposite, beyond the river, Trocadero Place shows the Palais de Chaillot, built for the International Exhibition in 1937; it houses the Cinema Museum, the Marine Museum and the Mankind Museum, as well as an esplanade offering an impressive view of the Eiffel Tower. All sorts of fashion and convenience shops, as well as select restaurants and cafes, are in the area. The 10m² (approx. 105 sq. ft.) master bedroom has a window overlooking the street with a western exposure. It is furnished with a queen-size bed, a chair, a closet, some shelves and a console with a cable TV, a DVD player and a VCR. The 8m² (approx. 85 sq. ft.) bedroom2 has a window overlooking the courtyard with a southern exposure. It is furnished with a single-size bed, a bedside table, a built-in closet, a washbasin, a chest of drawers and a small table with a chair. The 9m² (approx. 95 sq. ft.) bedroom3 has a window overlooking the street with a northern exposure. It is furnished with a single-size bed, a bedside table, a closet and shelves. The 12m² (approx. 125 sq. ft.) bedroom4 has a window overlooking the street with a western exposure. It is furnished with a single-size bed, a bedside table, a closet, a washbasin, a shower, a desk and shelves. The 10m² (approx. 105 sq. ft.) office has a window overlooking the street with a northern exposure. It is furnished with two desks, two chairs, a computer, an ADSL Internet connection, a printer and shelves. The bathroom has a window and is equipped with bathtub and showerhead, a washbasin, a closet and a toilet. Downstairs, there is a separate toilet equipped with a washbasin and a washing machine.
