In addition to many French traditional and international restaurants and cafes, all sorts of services can be found in this neighborhood. Premises: This 75m² (approx. 805 sq. ft.) two-bedroom apartment is located on the fifth floor (sixth in the USA) of a 12th century walk-up building. The street's main entrance gate is protected by a coded security system. It opens into a corridor, leading to a second gate protected by an intercom. The 16m² (approx. 170 sq. ft.) bedroom2 / office is on the 6th floor and has a window and two skylights overlooking the street with an eastern exposure. It is furnished with a single-size futon, a closet, a desk, a phone, an armchair, some shelves and a chest of drawers. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. The nearest metro stations are Chatelet les Halles (RER A, B, D, lines 1, 4, 7, 11, 14), Etienne Marcel (line 4) and Rambuteau (L11). Heat and hot water are both gas and individually metered.
