One-bedroom apartment near Montparnasse area
|
Neighborhood:
Not very far from the interesting Park Georges Brassens and its antique book market, this traditional residential and commercial district of Paris is close to the wide Parc des Expositions de la Porte de Versailles. Every two weeks there is a new fair there. For instance, the Foire de Paris, an agriculture exhibition, is the biggest and most famous in France. It is also not far from the Paris Heliport, and to the Aquaboulevard, a very large spa. The main monuments and points of interest are a short distance away by metro.
This apartment is also situated near the Montparnasse area, where there are a lot of shops, restaurants, cinemas and a huge shopping center just under the highest skyscraper of Tour Montparnasse. Within a 10-minute walk are the very famous Theatre de la Gaite Montparnasse, Théâtre Bobino, or Théâtre Montparnasse.
Premises:
This 45m² (approx. 480 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor (third in the USA) of a 20th century building equipped with an elevator. A coded security system and an intercom protect the main entrance gate. This opens into a corridor leading to the elevator and the stairs. The apartment has a Wi-Fi Internet connection.
Layout:
The entrance door opens into a small hallway; to the left is the separate toilet, to the right are the bedroom, the bathroom and then the living room and open kitchen.
There is a washer-dryer combo in the basement acessible by elevator for your personal use only. There is also a locked private storage room on the same floor.
The 19m² (approx. 200 sq. ft.) living room has two bay windows overlooking the street with a southern exposure. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, one coffee table, two poufs, two stools, a stereo, a phone, some shelves and a console with a cable TV.
The open kitchen is equipped with four vitro ceramic burners, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave, an oven, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster.
The 9m² (approx. 90 sq. ft.) bedroom has a window overlooking the courtyard with a northern exposure. It is furnished with a double-size bed, a desk, a chair, a built-in closet and some shelves.
The bathroom has a shower and a sink.
There is a separate toilet.
There is a built-in closet in the hallway.
The nearest metro station is Plaisance (L13).
Heat and hot water use collective heating.
