Studio apartment just steps from the Parc des Expositions area

Neighborhood:
This one-bedroom apartment is located a few steps from the Parc des Expositions de La Porte de Versailles which is very well known for all its exhibitions (salons). Within five minutes walking distance is the Aqua Boulevard health club and swimming pool. In this lively neighborhood, there are all sorts of shops, supermarkets, open markets, restaurants, and bars.
Premises:
This 15m˛ (approx. 160 sq. ft.) studio apartment with a southern exposure is located on the first floor (second in the USA) of a 20th century building equipped with an elevator. A coded security system and a concierge protect the main entrance gate.
Layout:
The entrance door opens into the living room and the open kitchen; to the left are the bathroom and toilet and to the right is the mezzanine bedroom area.
The 9m˛ (approx. 95 sq. ft.) living room area has one window overlooking the courtyard. It is furnished with a 120cm size sofa bed, a closet, a cable TV, a dining table, two chairs and two stools.
The mezzanine bedroom area is furnished with a double-size bed.
The open kitchen has a window and is equipped with two vitro ceramic burners, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.
The nearest metro station is Porte de Versailles (L12).
Heat and hot water use collective heating.
