May 25 2011I'd like to thank you for all your help. l'm very pleased [with] choosing these apartments. The short term apartment was just fine for the 10 days that l needed it and the owner very helpful.
Mar 30 2009The long term apartment in with l'm staying now is also fine, as it was shown in the pictures and as it was described in the text you have sent me.
The only thing l would say was not like l expected it was that in the description of the second flat it was written that there is Internet connection, but there was not . The owner helped me with this so everything is fine now.
The [Paris] apartment I rented through NY Habitat was very good (location and facility). This is very close to Gare du Nord and is in the center of the beautiful city of Paris.

Finally I thank the apartment owner for his kind help.
The area is a working class [Paris] neighborhood with stores, bakeries and restaurants. It is safe. Good transportation options. The apartment is extremely small [...] but it is clean and has all necessary amenities for two people. With a bit of imagination, one can put luggage out of the way and make it reasonably convenient. Two stock up beds are for young, or young at heart, not for everybody. We, couple in early 60th, took it as an adventure. Everything else is just fine. The owner [...] is a very nice young man who is very patient and helpful, real gentleman. There are several features which make this apartment exceptionally good: Cable TV with CNN, free calls to US and Canada,elevator, and above all, as I mentioned, the owner.
Nov 02 2007I am very grateful that you helped me with finding an apartment in Paris! The flat was great and I enjoyed staying there! The owner was very nice and he was glad to help me if I needed him. I have rally no complaints about the flat or anything. It was a wonderful time, so thank you one more time.
Oct 09 2006The studio apartment we rented in Paris was a very clean apartment also. The owner was extremely kind, and even phoned my home in the US when he couldn't reach me by email (as I was already in France), in order to give me the codes to the building. He had some candy and drinks for us and explained where we could find everything, and was generally very helpful. It was a very nice experience.
