One-bedroom apartment just steps from the Eiffel Tower
|
Neighborhood:
In less than five minutes walking distance are the Eiffel Tower, built on the beautiful Champs Mars, and the replica of the Statue of the Liberty located in the middle of the river next to the De Gaulle Bridge. All major points of interest are also a short distance away. In the neighborhood there are several shops, diverse restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets.
Premises:
This 50mē (approx. 535 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment with a northern exposure is located on the ground floor of a 20th century building. A coded security system protects the main entrance gate. It opens into a hallway, which leads to a second gate protected by an intercom and a concierge.
Layout:
The entrance door opens into a hallway; straight ahead is the living room and an alcove bedroom. To the right are the bathroom with a toilet, the separate kitchen and then the bedroom. The private garden is accessible through the living room.
The 19mē (approx. 200 sq. ft.) living room has one French window overlooking the garden. It is divided into two parts. The 15mē (approx. 160 sq. ft.) living room area is furnished with a single-size bed, two coffee tables, a dining table with five matching chairs, a phone and a console with a TV/VCR combo and a DVD player. The 4mē (approx. 40 sq. ft.) alcove bedroom area is furnished with two single-size beds and a built-in closet.
The 12mē (approx. 125 sq. ft.) bedroom has one window overlooking the courtyard. It is furnished with a two single-size beds, two bedside tables, a stool, a large built-in closet and a chest of drawers.
The separate kitchen has a small window and is equipped with three gas burners and one electric burner, a refrigerator, a freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a combo microwave/grill oven, a toaster, a coffee maker and a kettle.
The bathroom has a small window and is equipped with a bathtub with a showerhead, a toilet and a washbasin.
There are a closet, two chairs and some plants on the terrace.
The nearest metro station is Bir Hakeim (L6).
Heat and hot water are both gas and individually metered.
