This studio is located in the First Arrondissement, in rue Montmartre, between rue Turbigo and rue du Jour. It is in the very heart of Paris, close to the pedestrian Montorgueil Street with its large choice of fresh food markets, restaurants and cafes. It is also near rue Etienne Marcel with its fashion shops and other services as well as to the large underground mall of Les Halles.
It is also close to the Beaubourg modern art museum, the Marais with its diverse and trendy bars and restaurants, and the rue des Lombards jazz clubs; the Louvre is in walking distance.
The closest Metro and RER station is Chatelet - Les Halles, which is the station with the most connections in Paris. It provides easy access to any part of Paris as well as to the two main airports, Charles de Gaulle and Orly, and the business area La Defense.
Premises:
The 30m2 (approx. 320 sq. ft.) apartment with 2.80m ceilings is on the third floor of a walk-up 18th century building. It is protected by a digicode and comes with an intercom system. The rooms have hardwood floors and the furniture is modern. The studio is equipped with a wireless fast-speed Internet connection.
Layout:
This studio is divided into the 15m2 (approx. 160 sq. ft.) living area with an open 3m2 (approx. 30 sq. ft.) kitchen and the 9m2 (approx. 95 sq. ft.) bedroom area with access to the 3m2 (approx. 30 sq. ft.) bathroom.
The entrance door opens into the living area, which is furnished with a double size sofa bed, a dining table with six chairs, a chest of drawers and bookshelves. It comes with a decorative fireplace. This room is equipped with a music system and a flat screen TV with DVD.
There are three French windows with an open view, facing southwest onto the street and offering a view onto the Saint Eustache church.
The open kitchen is fully equipped and separated from the living area by a counter. It comes with an electric stove with exhaust fan, a microwave, a refrigerator/freezer, a washing machine with dryer, an electric kettle, a toaster and a coffee maker.
The bedroom area has a window facing south into a courtyard. It is furnished with a double bed and a walk-in closet.
The bathroom, with a window facing south into the courtyard, has a bathtub with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.
The closest metro is Chatelet - Les Halles (line 1, 4, 7, 11).
Electric heat and hot water are individually metered.
Smoking and pets are not permitted.
