Two-bedroom duplex located between St. Germain and the Luxembourg Garden

Neighborhood: Set in one of the most attractive and historic areas of the Left Bank and parallel to the north side of the exceptional Luxembourg Garden and the Palais du Luxembourg, this street is in short walking distance to Saint Germain des Près, the Seine, and to the Quartier Latin. Nearby are the select open-air market of the rue Buci, and the famous Deux Magots and Café de Flore, both favorite haunts of existentialists and expatriated American literate back in the day. The second bathroom, upstairs is equipped with a bathtub and a washbasin. There is also a large storage room. The separate toilet has a washbasin. Next to the entrance door is a built-in closet.
