Two-bedroom apartment located between St. Germain and the Luxembourg Garden

Neighborhood: Set in one of the most attractive and historic areas of the Left Bank and parallel to the north side of the exceptional Luxembourg Garden and the Palais du Luxembourg, this street is in short walking distance to Saint Germain des Près, the Seine, and to the Quartier Latin. Nearby are the select open-air market of the rue Buci, and the famous Deux Magots and Café de Flore, both favorite haunts of existentialists and expatriated American literate back in the day. There are elegant boutiques, cinemas, fine restaurants, cafes, and all sorts of convenience shops in the neighborhood. Premises: This modern 75m² (approx. 805 sq. ft.) two-bedroom apartment is located on the third floor of an 18th century building renovated in 2006; it has an elevator. It is furnished with a double-size bed, two bedside tables, a desk and a built-in closet.
