Neighborhood: This apartment is located in the 16th Arrondissement, a very exclusive area of Paris, just steps from the Seine. Offering the amenities of central Paris such as excellent food shops, numerous fashion stores, restaurants, cafes, an open market and cinemas, this select, mostly residential area called Auteuil borders the wide and beautiful Bois de Boulogne. It is 10 to 15 minutes by metro to the Trocadero neighborhood and the Eiffel Tower, as well as the Place de l'Etoile, the Champs Elysees and St. Germain des Prés. Premises: This 90m² (approx. 965 sq. ft.) two-bedroom apartment faces a private street and is located on the second floor of a 1934 building with an elevator. The main entrance door is protected by a coded security system and an intercom. Layout: The entrance door opens into a corridor leading to the dining room and to the first bedroom on the right; straight ahead is the living room and on the left are the second bedroom and a small hallway. This hallway gives access to the kitchen, the bathroom and the separate toilet. The 32m² (approx. 340 sq. ft.) living room has a window overlooking a private street with a southern exposure. It is elegantly decorated and furnished with antique armchairs, a sofa, two coffee tables, an antique-style desk and a sideboard. The 14m² (approx. 150 sq. ft.) dining room has is elegantly furnished with a dining table for six and a sideboard. It has a window overlooking the street. The separate kitchen has two windows and is equipped with four vitro-ceramic burners, a cooker hood, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator/freezer, a coffee maker, a dishwasher and a kettle. There is also a folding table, which allows eating in the kitchen. The bathroom has a window, a washbasin, a bathtub and a washing machine. The toilet is separate. There is a large built-in closet in the entrance corridor. The nearest metro station is Mirabeau (line 10). Heat and hot water are both collective.
