Four-bedroom apartment in two steps from the Eiffel Tower

Neighborhood: One of the most exclusive areas of Paris, this apartment is located on avenue Bosquet in the 7th Arrondissement, very near the Eiffel Tower, the Seine River and the American Church. The Eiffel Tower is settled in the splendid Champ de Mars with its beautiful floral gardens; on the opposite side, across the Seine, is Trocadero Place. In this area you will find the Palais de Chaillot built for the International Exhibition in 1937. On the other side is the Hotel Royal des Invalides, built during the reign of King Louis XIV and a masterpiece of 17th century architecture. All sorts of fashion, conveniences and other shops, select restaurants and cafes are in this neighborhood. Premises: This 160m² (approx. 1,665 sq. ft.) four-bedroom duplex apartment is located on the fifth and top floor of a building from the 20th century; it has an elevator. A coded security system and an intercom protect the main entrance gate. This gate opens into a corridor, which gives access to the elevator (also protected by a coded security system). The apartment faces the avenue Bosquet and a private paved pedestrian street, exposed east and south. There is a lot of sunlight due to very large windows offering a nice view of the Eiffel Tower and the Invalid Dôme. A Wifi Internet connection is available. The entrance door opens into a first dining room furnished with a dining table, shelves and a TV. The 46m² (approx. 495 sq. ft.) living room has three double-glazed bay windows facing the street with a double exposure (south and east). It is decorated in a modern style and furnished with a coffee table, an extensible dining table with six chairs up to twelve, a sofa, two armchairs, a combo VCR/TV, a DVD player, a stereo and a built-in closet. There is also an air conditioner. The 15m² (approx. 160 sq. ft.) first bedroom is separated from the living room by sliding doors. It has one double-glazed bay window with an eastern exposure. It is decorated in a modern style and furnished with a double-size bed, an armchair and a TV. The separate kitchen has three double-glazed windows, is stylish in a modern way and has a tiled floor. It is equipped with four vitro-ceramic burners, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher and a toaster. The first bathroom on the first floor is equipped with a washbasin, a shower, a toilet and a washing machine. The other rooms are located upstairs and are accessible by a spiral staircase. The 17m² (approx. 180 sq. ft.) second bedroom has two double-glazed sliding doors with a double exposure (east and south) and opening onto a balcony offering a view on the Invalid Dome. It is furnished with a single bed, a bedside table, a desk, a built-in closet and a TV. The 23m² (approx. 245 sq. ft.) third bedroom has two double-glazed windows with a southern exposure. It is furnished with a single-size mezzanine bed, a desk, a built-in closet and a stereo. The 12m² (approx. 125 sq. ft.) fourth bedroom has one double-glazed French sliding door with an eastern exposure opening onto a balcony. It is furnished with a single-size bed, a bedside table, a desk, a chair, an armchair, and a built-in closet with a TV. The owner can add a real single bed 90x200) and a single mattress upon request. There are two bathrooms on the second floor. The first one is equipped with two washbasins, a bathtub, a toilet and a bidet. The second has a washbasin, a toilette and a bathtub. The nearest metro station is RER C Pont de l'Alma. Heat and hot water are collective.
