It is a pleasure to give you our opinion on the apartment we rented in Paris. It proved to be perfect for the four of us in every way. [This vacation rental's] position was great, near bus and train, shops and eateries. It was spacious, attractive and well equipped, right down to the free phone to Australia. It was secure, cool (especially good since Paris was having a heatwave in October!)and had a pleasant [view]. Most of all the owner, lives next door and was a lovely person, helpful and humorous, and the author of excellent information on the apartment and the surrounding area. We would all love to stay there again and will happily recommend it and your organisation to our friends. |

Here is my review for the Montparnasse apartment, which I loved. I hope this is helpful: 2 bedrooms, 2 balconies, beautiful hardwood floors, lots of light, a kitchen equipped with everything we needed (including a washing machine) and a living room (where we worked and entertained) with a crystal chandelier. A lovely slice of Paris to call home. |

Your service was excellent! The communications I received, as well as the instructions were well done, and I would not hesitate to highly recommend your service, and even hope to use it in the future! Your agent that I dealt with was professional, friendly, courteous and timely--I had no qualms dealing with your company and felt very assured with my choice.
The apartment and owner were also excellent! Such a lovely vacation rental, in a wonderfully, centrally located [Paris] location, with a well-stocked and extremely comfortable apartment! It slept 6 adults very comfortably, and we felt very at home and relaxed.
[The owner in Paris] spoke excellent English; was a delight and very nice indeed! She made sure that we understood all the workings of the apartment, and went out of her way to help us--even making a dinner reservation for us in advance of our trip.
If we were asked if anything else could be done, the only thing we could come up with was if it were possible to give [the owner] ahead of time a shopping list for essentials --milk, bread, eggs, toilet paper, etc., and for those to be stocked in the apartment with a bill to be paid upon arrival. That is all we could think of that would enhance our experience.

We had a great experience in our [Paris] apartment, mainly because the owner was wonderful. She was very helpful and available. If there were a problem with anything, she fixed it right away. I liked the fact that she was living next door. The vacation rental was comfortable, well furnished, and well located near shops, restaurants, etc. Even though it is on Blvd. Montparnasse and on the second floor, the noise from the street was manageable. When we closed the doors at night, it was quiet. I would definitely stay at her apartment again. |
