Two-bedroom apartment offering a view on Montparnasse tower

Neighborhood: This apartment is not far from Montparnasse, the home of Paris' tallest office tower, Tour Montparnasse; this area is also known for its theater district. It is close to the historical district of Saint Germain des Pres with its elegant, trendy streets and known for its many stylish fashion shops, antique shops, art galleries, sophisticated and traditional restaurants, pubs and cinemas. Premises: This two-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor (third in the USA) of a 19th century building with an elevator. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded security system, an intercom and a concierge. The apartment has high ceilings. The living room and the bedrooms are connected but each bedroom has an independant entrance. The 16m² (approx. 170 sq. ft.) living room has two double-glazed windows with a southern exposure facing the street and with access to a balcony. It is furnished with a dining table and four chairs, a coffee table, two armchairs, a double-size sofa bed, a decorative fireplace and a cable TV. The 12m² (approx. 125 sq. ft.) first bedroom has a double-glazed window facing the street with a southern exposure and also has a balcony. It is furnished with a double size bed and a closet. This room has access to the bathroom. The 9m² (approx. 95 sq. ft.) second bedroom has a double-glazed window facing the street with a southern exposure and access to a balcony as well. It is furnished with two single beds and a walk-in closet. This room has access to the bathroom. The separate kitchen has a window. It is equipped with four gas burners, an oven, a microwave, a combo refrigerator/freezer, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle and a washing machine. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with a showerhead and a washbasin. The toilette is separate and is located next to the entrance door. Internet access is available. The metro stations Duroc (lines 10, 13), Falguière (line 12) and Montparnasse (lines 4, 6, 12, 13) are at 2 minutes walking distance.
