Studio apartment near the famous pedestrian Montorgueil area
|
This studio is situated between rue Réaumur and Rue de Clery. It is a few minutes from Les Halles, near the famous pedestrian Montorgueil area, with its large choice of quality food products, restaurants and cafes, as well as other services. It is also in short walking distance to main points of interest such as the Marais, the Seine River, Notre Dame on Ile de la Cité, the unique Ile Saint Louis, and to the majestic Louvre.
This 20m² (approx. 215 sq. ft.) studio is located on the fourth floor of an 18th century walkup building with a coded security system.
The 14m² (approx. 150 sq. ft.) living room has a double-glazed window overlooking the street with a northern exposure. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a dining table with two chairs, a closet, a cupboard and a combo TV/DVD player.
The open kitchen is equipped with two electric burners, a microwave, a refrigerator, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster.
The shower room is equipped with a shower compartment, a WC and a washbasin.
Internet access is available.
The nearest metro station is Sentier (line 3).
Heat and hot water are electric and individually metered.
