The 10m² (approx. 105 sq. ft.) first bedroom has two doors opening into the living room. It is furnished with two single-size beds, which can be turned into a real queen-size bed, two bedside tables, a closet and a chest of drawers. The separate toilette has a small washbasin and is accessible through the living room. Heat and hot water are both electric. The nearest metro station is Cluny-La Sorbonne (line 10).
