Situated next to the pedestrian Montorgueil area, between Rue des Petits Carreaux and Rue Saint-Denis, this apartment is centrally located. It is in one of the most colorful 'quartiers' of Paris and is renowned for its large number of quality food stores, open vegetable and fish stands, and small specialty shops, as well as a wide range of restaurants for all budgets. It is also a few steps away from Les Halles, Paris' biggest shopping mall with four levels. Many of the Parisian points of interest such as the Centre Georges Pompidou (Beaubourg), the Seine with its famous islands - Ile de la Cite and Ile Saint Louis - the Louvre, and City Hall are in short walking distance.

This 62m² (approx. 665 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment is situated on the ground floor of a 17th century building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded security system at night and there is a concierge in the building as well. This gate opens onto a courtyard that accesses the apartment entrance. It has high ceilings and exposed ceiling beams.
The 32m² (approx. 340 sq. ft.) living room has a bay window, which faces the courtyard with a western exposure. It is furnished with a corner sofa, armchairs, a coffee table, two tables and some built-in closets. This room is equipped with a combo cable TV/VCR and a DVD player, which are hidden in a closet. The spacious open kitchen is equipped with four gas burners topped by a cooker hood, a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a kettle, a toaster and an Italian style coffee maker. There is also a window and a dining table.
The 10m² (approx. 105 sq. ft.) bedroom is accessible via the living room through a hallway. It has a window facing a small court with a southern exposure and it is furnished with a double-size bed and two built-in closets. The open bathroom is also accessible through this room; it contains a washbasin and a shower.

The nearest metro station is Sentier (line 3).
