One bedroom apartment close to the Sorbonne

Neighborhood:
This furnished apartment is located in the intellectual core of Paris, the Quartier Latin, which abounds with historical points of interest such as the Sainte Chapelle, the Law Courts (built under Saint Louis from 1241 to 1248), Cluny's Thermae (from the third century) Hotel (from the 15th century) and Museum (from the 19th century), among others. In addition, the Seine, Notre Dame, and the Boulevard Saint-Germain are in short walking distance and a block and a half away is the Sorbonne. A large variety of nice shops, celebrated restaurants and cafes, cinemas, plus basic services such as supermarkets are near this accommodation.
Premises:
This 55m˛ (approx. 590 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment is located on the fourth floor of a recently renovated building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded security system and it opens into a paved courtyard. This leads to a glass door with an intercom, followed by the corridor and the elevator. The apartment is north exposed and has an Internet connection.
The apartment entrance opens into a corridor leading to the 30m˛ (approx. 320 sq. ft.) living room, which is furnished with a sofa bed, two armchairs, a coffee table, a sideboard, a closet, and a dining table and chairs. This room is equipped with a TV and a phone. It is decorated in an antique style and highlighted by exposed beams. The three double-glazed windows overlook the courtyard.
The open kitchen contains four vitro-ceramic burners topped by a cooker hood, an electric oven, a microwave, a refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, a combo washer/dryer, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee maker.
The 10m˛ (approx. 105 sq. ft.) bedroom has a window overlooking the courtyard. It is furnished with two single-size beds (which can be turned into a queen-size bed), two bedside tables, and a built-in closet.
The tiled bathroom is equipped with a tub, a washbasin and a toilette. It is accessible via the living room or the bedroom.
Heat and hot water are both electric.
The nearest metro station is Cluny-La Sorbonne (line 10).
