Very nice apartment, extremely convenient location to trains, metro, bus. Quiet building.
Jul 23 2012If you want to have an experience of real parisian lifestyle, this is the apartment for you.
Jul 07 2012It is VERY spacious and comfortable, beautifully decorated with antiques. There are two VERY large bedrooms with lots of wardrobe space and room for luggage. The kitchen is FULLY equipped for absolutely anything that you want to cook. The bathroom is spacious, have a nice spa and a big shower. The living area is great for family gathering and has a big dining table if you want to have a dinner party.
The apartment is very well maintained, you can tell the owners live in this apartment themselves and have been taking good care of it.
Very good location as it's close to St Lazare Metro, we took the metro to everywhere for the whole week we stayed, it is literally 3 minutes walk from the apartment.
Although close to the railway & metro, the apartment is located on a relatively quiet small street and therefore doesn't get the traffic and the noise of a main road. Occasionally you can hear people talking loud down the road at night but it is very rare and we didn't have any trouble sleeping at all.
There is an lovely bakery on the same street about 15 meters away, we bought freshly baked croissants, baguettes and all kinds of baked goodies from there every morning for breakfast. There is also a small city supermarket about 30 meters away (also on the same street) and it has everything you need.
Such a fantastic apartment and very very convenient. I would recommend anyone to stay at this place. Me and my family ABSOLUTELY loved this place, we would definitely stay there again if we ever come back to Paris!
This apartment was large, lovely, and a great price for the amenities, location, and any other detail on which it might be rated. There was a great deal of noise, however, since work was occurring on the street during the time we were in Paris. This was clearly a temporary condition.
Jun 04 2012We would recommend this apartment to anyone, also working with NY Habitat, and the agent representing this company. The owners were pleasant to work with and made sure our needs were fully met.
