Neighborhood: This one-bedroom apartment is situated in the Les Halles area on Rue Tiquetonne between Rue Dussoubs and Rue Saint Denis. This is a lively area that includes the Montorgueil market and a large choice of restaurants and cafes as well as other services. Many of the Parisian tourist points such as the Centre Georges Pompidou (Beaubourg), the Seine with its famous islands (Ile de la Cite and Ile Saint Louis), the Louvre, and City Hall are in short walking distance of this accommodation. Premises: This 84m² (approx. 900 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor of an 18th century walk-up building. The entrance gate, protected by a coded and video / audio security system, opens into a hall leading to a courtyard and the staircase. The apartment entrance opens directly into the kitchen, which links the separate bathroom and the living room. The bedroom is accessed from the living room. The 30m² (approx. 320 sq. ft.) living room has two windows with western exposure overlooking a courtyard. It is furnished with a dining table with chairs, an armchair, a closet, a wooden chest of drawers, and a console with a TV. The 32m² (approx. 340 sq. ft.) bedroom has a window with western exposure overlooking a courtyard. It is furnished with a double-size bed with a bedside table, a large wooden closet, a desk and chair, and a chest of drawers. The kitchen has a window and is equipped with three gas burners, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. There is also a dining area, which is furnished with a small dining table, a large wooden chest of drawers and a closet. The bathroom is separated from the kitchen by a curtain. It has a window, a bathtub topped by a showerhead, a washbasin and a toilette. Heat and hot water are electric. For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro stations are Etienne Marcel (line 4) and Les Halles (lines 4, RER A,B,D).
