Studio apartment in Le Marais Area

This furnished apartment is located between rue des Tournelles and avenue Beaumarchais in Paris. A lively and historical area, the Marais features pre-Revolutionary architecture and boasts a number of points of interest such as museums, art galleries, design shops, trendy bars and restaurants. Also in this area is the royal Place des Vosges, hailed for the harmony of its architecture and for being the former residence of French novelist Victor Hugo.
Premises:
This well-designed 15m˛ (approx. 160 sq. ft.) studio is located on the third floor of a walk-up building constructed in the 1930s. The main entrance gate is protected by a security-coded system that opens into a very nice courtyard with trees and stained glass and an old-fashioned staircase on the left.
The apartment entrance opens directly into the living room/bedroom; on the left is the bathroom and the kitchen is located in a recess in the back.
The 10m˛ (approx. 105 sq. ft.) living-room/bedroom has a parquet floor and a double glazed-window overlooking the street with a southern exposure. It is furnished with a single bed with a large mirror, a flat screen TV, and some shelves. There is also a drawer under the second single-size bed.
The open kitchen has a window and is decorated with Moroccan tiles. It is equipped with two vitro-ceramic burners, a coffee maker, a microwave and plenty of cooking utensils. There is a dining table with two chairs.
The small but convenient bathroom has a shower entirely tiled, a washbasin and a toilette.
Heat use gaz and hot water is electric and collective with the building.
The nearest metro stations are Chemin Vert (line 8), Saint-Paul (line 1), and Bastille (lines 1,8).
