Situated between Rue Saint Paul and Rue Beautreillis, this furnished apartment is centrally located in Paris. The historic Marais district has a lot of living advantages with many lovely little streets, cafés, and trendy shops. It is one of the most desirable areas of Paris, particularly for those who enjoy old buildings with character and multi-cultural exposure. Rue des Rosiers is the heart of the Jewish quarter and well worth touring on a lazy day and for food sampling. The nights really come alive in the Marais, as many tourists love to stroll and window shop in the cool night air. The Seine is very well lit for those who wish to walk and watch the 'Bâteaux Mouche' go by. The Marais also has many eateries that serve late, which tourists love after a long day out. There are numerous bars in the area but the noise does not pose a problem.
This accommodation is also near the famous Ile Saint Louis and just a short walk from Notre Dame, the Hotel de Ville and the Louvre.

The second 20m² (approx. 215 sq. ft.) bedroom has a window with western exposure overlooking the courtyard. It is furnished with a double-size bed on the floor, a closet, and a desk and chair. The 1.30m to 2.60m high ceiling has exposed beams and leads to the second bathroom.
The second bathroom is located under the roof and has exposed beams. It has a showerhead, which is hung from the beams, a washbasin and a toilette.
The third 20m² (approx. 215 sq. ft.) bedroom has a skylight overlooking the rooftops of Paris. It is furnished with a queen-size bed on the floor, a chest of drawers and a small closet.
Heat and hot water are both gas.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro stations are St. Paul (line 1), Bastille (lines 1,5,8), and Sully-Morland (line 7).
