Neighborhood: This furnished apartment is located on Rue Paul Séjourné between Boulevard du Montparnasse and Rue Notre Dame des Champs. Bordering the splendid Luxembourg Garden, this furnished apartment on a mostly residential street neighbors the renowned Montparnasse district prized by great artists and writers such as Picasso, Matisse, Modigliani, and Hemingway in the 1920s and 1930s. It is also known as the theater district, with most of the theaters on Rue de la Gaité. This area is the home of Paris' tallest office tower, Tour Montparnasse, from which there is a magnificent view of the capital. It is also known for its shops, restaurants, creperies, cafés, cinemas, supermarkets, and fashion shops. Not far from this accommodation is the Hotel des Invalides, with Napoleon Bonaparte's tomb, as well as a nice view of the Eiffel Tower. It is also close to the Alliance Française, which is one of the world's largest schools of French language. Premises: This 94m² (approx. 1,010 sq. ft.) three-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor of an 18th century building with an elevator. It is equipped with four induction plates topped by a cooker hood, a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. There is also a dining table with a bench and three chairs and a washing machine. Heat and hot water are collective.
