Comfortable two-bedroom between the Eiffel Tower and Invalides area

Neighborhood: This furnished apartment is in close proximity to several points of interest in Paris. One of the most renowned French monuments, the Hotel Royal des Invalides, built under King Louis XIV, is a masterpiece of 17th century architecture and houses a number of museums. This accommodation is also close to the majestic Eiffel Tower, facing the splendid Champ de Mars with its beautiful floral gardens, to the Seine River, and to Trocadero Place. The neighborhood offers elegant fashion boutiques and convenience shops as well as select restaurants and cafes. Premises: This 100m² (approx. 1,075 sq. ft.) two-bedroom apartment is located on the third floor of a 1930s building with an herbaceous and private courtyard. The main entrance gate is protected by an intercom. There is a concierge and an elevator as well. The spacious 35m² (approx. 375 sq. ft.) double living room has four double-glazed windows that overlook a nice courtyard with a western exposure. It is decorated with antiques and furnished with sofas, a coffee table, a cupboard, tables and a round dining table with chairs. There are also two decorative fireplaces. The 13m² (approx. 135 sq. ft.) first bedroom has a double-glazed window facing another courtyard. It is furnished with a queen-size bed, a cabinet, bedside tables, a decorative fireplace, an armchair and a console with a flat screen cable TV and DVD player. The 15m² (approx. 160 sq. ft.) second bedroom has a window that faces a courtyard. It is furnished with a double-size bed, bedside tables, a closet, a decorative fireplace, shelves and a desk with an armchair. This room has a small combo TV/VCR and is connected to a cable Internet connection. The separate eat-in kitchen is equipped with four gas burners topped by a cooker hood, a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. There is also a table and a window. The kitchen provides access to the service staircase leading to the small laundry room equipped with a washing machine. The tiled bathroom has a bathtub with a showerhead, a washbasin and a window. The toilette is separate. The hallway has two built-in closets. The owner can provide an iron, an ironing board, a fan and a hairdryer. Heat and hot water use gas. For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is Alma Marceau (RER C).
