Located between Avenue Friedland and Avenue des Champs Elysées, this furnished apartment is ideally located a few steps away from the Champs-Elysées and its prestigious addresses such as Fouquet's, the Georges V Hotel and the Golden Triangle between Avenue Georges V, Avenue Montaigne and the Champs Elysées.
The Champs Elysées Avenue is considered as one of the most renowned and beautiful streets in Paris and in the world. At one end is the Arc de Triomphe, built from 1806 to 1836 under Napoleon Bonaparte to honor his victories. On the other end are Place de la Concorde and its historic obelisk. This entire district abounds with points of interest, luxurious shops, gourmet restaurants and gorgeous coffee terraces, as well as all sorts of convenience stores. Other significant sights nearby are the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower (about 10 minutes away from this accommodation by metro or by bus).
Premises:
This elegant 47m² (approx. 505 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment is located on the third floor of a 1900s building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded system opening into a hall that leads to the staircase and to the old-fashioned elevator. The apartment faces the street with a western exposure.
The apartment entrance opens into a hall that is turned into a small office area containing a built-in desk with a computer connected to the Internet. There are also built-in closets. This entrance provides access to the separate kitchen, the bathroom and the living room.
The 15m² (approx. 160 sq. ft.) living room has a parquet floor and a French door with exterior shutters that provides access to a small balcony overlooking the street. It is furnished with a double-size corner sofa bed, a modern coffee table, shelves and a square dining table with chairs. This room is equipped with a cable TV, a VCR and a stereo.
The 15m² (approx. 160 sq. ft.) open bedroom can be separated from the living room by two folding doors. It also has a French window opening onto a balcony and the same parquet floor. It is furnished with a double-size Murphy bed, cabinets, shelves and a built-in desk with a chair.
The bedroom provides access to the bathroom, which contains a bathtub with a showerhead, a washbasin, a toilette, a hairdryer, an electric towel dryer rack and a washing machine. It also has a window that opens onto a courtyard.
The small but well-equipped kitchen has a window and contains a combo stove/dishwasher topped by a cooker hood, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a freezer and a coffee maker.
The apartment has a vacuum, an iron and an ironing board.
Heat and hot water are collective with the building.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro stations are Georges V or Etoile (lines 1, 2, 6 and RER A).
