Authentic Parisian two-bedroom apartment in the heart of the Triangle d'Or

Neighborhood: This furnished apartment is near the Champs Elysées, placed among the most picturesque Parisian symbols and considered one of the most renowned and beautiful avenues in the world. At one end is the Arc de Triomphe, built from 1806 to 1836 under Napoleon Bonaparte in honor of his victories. On the other end are Place de la Concorde and its historic obelisk. This entire district is filled with points of interest, luxurious shops, gourmet restaurants and gorgeous coffee terraces, as well as all sorts of convenience stores. In the vicinity are some of the best haute couture houses like Chanel, Christian Dior, Louis Vuitton, and others, mainly located on Avenue Montaigne and Rue du Faubourg Saint Honore. Premises: This 85m² (approx. 910 sq. ft.) two-bedroom apartment is located on the fourth floor of a Haussmannien style building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded system at night and by a fulltime concierge. This gate leads to a corridor with access to the building entrance, also protected by an intercom. This opens into a hall with an authentic 19th century style staircase and an elevator. The entrance door opens into a hall with mirrored walls that provides access to the separate kitchen, the living room and to a corridor that links to the bedrooms, the bathroom and the toilette. The entire apartment has wall-to-wall carpeting and each window has a small balcony. The living room is accessible from the entrance hall via a double glass door. It has two French window that overlook the street with a western exposure and offer a view of the Eiffel Tower. It is tastefully decorated with antiques and has a leather sofa, armchairs, a coffee table, cabinets, a marble dining table with chairs and a console with a combo cable TV/VCR, a DVD and a stereo. This room has a high-speed DSL Internet connection (a wireless is also available). The separate tiled kitchen is equipped with four gas burners topped by a cooker hood, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a freezer, a washing machine, a coffee maker and a toaster. The long corridor leading to the bedrooms has two large built-in closets. The 11m² (approx. 115 sq. ft.) first bedroom has a French window with curtains and exterior shutters that overlooks a courtyard with an eastern exposure. It is furnished with a double-size bed, a bedside table, a table, a mirror and a cabinet. The 12m² (approx. 125 sq. ft.) second bedroom has two French doors with curtains and shutters overlooking the street with a western exposure. It is furnished with two single-size beds, a coffer with an old-fashioned TV, and a built-in closet. The tiled bathroom contains a bathtub with a showerhead and a washbasin. The toilette is separate and has a cabinet. Heat and hot water are collective with the building. For convenient travel around Paris, the closest metro station is Franklin Roosevelt (lines 9 and 1).
