Neighborhood: This furnished two-bedroom apartment is situated on Rue Du Temple between Rue Beranger and Rue du Petit Thouars in Paris. Designed by the Baron Haussmann in 1854, the Place de la Republique has in its center the 10m high Republic statue realized by Dalou in 1883; it rests on a bronze base showing the events of that period's history. This is very close to the famous Marais area, a historical neighborhood that overflows with antique Hôtels Particuliers as well as the Hôtel St Aignan. The area is also well known for the Canal Saint Martin and its charming promenade. Near this accommodation are all sorts of shops and services. Also close by is the famous Place de la Bastille, where the new Opera is considered one of the best in the world; it was inaugurated for the 200th anniversary of the French Revolution. This neighborhood contains many choice restaurants and cafes. Premises: This 130m² (approx. 1,395 sq. ft.) two-bedroom apartment is located on the third floor of a building constructed in 1881; it has an elevator. The entrance gate, protected by a coded security system, opens into a hall, which leads to the staircase and elevator area. The 20m² (approx. 215 sq. ft.) dining room has a double-glazed window with northwest exposure overlooking the street. It is furnished with two glazed dining tables with chairs, a chest of drawers, and a console. There is also a dressing room, which has a combo washer/dryer. The 30m² (approx. 320 sq. ft.) main bedroom has a double-glazed window with southwest exposure overlooking a courtyard. It is furnished with a double-size bed, a bedside table, a chest of drawers with a flat screen TV, a DVD player and a stereo. There is also a dressing area, which is hidden beside a large curtain and another dressing area. This bedroom has a private bathroom, which has a shower topped by a showerhead, a washbasin and a towel dryer. The second 20m² (approx. 215 sq. ft.) bedroom has a double-glazed window with southwest exposure overlooking a courtyard. It is furnished with a double-size bed, bedside tables, and a chest of drawers. The separate bathroom has a bathtub topped by a showerhead, a washbasin and a toilette The separate kitchen has a window and is equipped with four vitro ceramic plates topped by a cooker hood, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster.
