A Three bedroom apartment close to Place de la Bastille.

Neighborhood: Situated between Rue de la Roquette and Rue Richard Lenoir, this furnished apartment is in the heart of the famous and trendy Bastille area (Rue de Lappe, Rue de la Roquette, etc.). It is about 10 minutes walking distance from the Place des Vosges and close to the Place de la Bastille; this is where the Opera de la Bastille, considered one of the best opera houses in the world, is located. In the immediate vicinity of this accommodation are numerous shops, restaurants and cafes, supermarkets, and markets, such as the well-known Parisian market Rue Richard Lenoir (Thursday and Sunday mornings). The apartment is very centrally located and is also near the fashionable, old Marais area. Premises: This 100m˛ (approx. 1,075 sq. ft.) spacious loft duplex is located on the third floor of an ancient walk-up factory built during the 1850s. Now the building contains apartments and companies. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded system at night. The 70m˛ (approx. 750 sq. ft.) living room has a long bay window that overlooks the courtyard; all windows are double-glazed. It is furnished with sofas, armchairs, a bench, and a long worktop. There is also a stereo and a flat screen TV with a VCR and a DVD player hidden in a cabinet. The seating area has two skylights and a fan. The open kitchen has a large working fireplace and is equipped with four gas burners topped by a cooker hood, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. There is also a large dining table and all necessary utensils. Behind the living room is the 14m˛ (approx. 150 sq. ft.) first bedroom, which is furnished with a double-size bed, bedside tables, a cabinet and chest of drawers. The window opens into the owner's office (not accessible during the rentals). The bathroom is located next to the entrance door. It contains a shower, a bathtub, a washbasin, a toilette and a washing machine. There is also a folding heated towel rack above the tub. The separate toilet is next to the bathroom. From the living room, a staircase leads up to the two other bedrooms. The 10m˛ (approx. 105 sq. ft.) second bedroom has a double-size bed, bedside tables, a cabinet, a chest of drawers and a TV. There is also a skylight with rolling shutters. The 11m˛ (approx. 115 sq. ft.) third bedroom has bunk beds (two single-size beds), a desk, a cabinet, a small window and a skylight . The opening overlooks the living room. The open stage that links these two bedrooms has an office area with a double size sofa bed and an Internet access via WiFi. Heat and hot water use gas and are individual. For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro stations are Bréguet Sabin (line 5) and Bastille (lines 1, 5, 8).
