Loft-style studio apartment behind the Galeries Lafayette

Neighborhood:
This furnished apartment is very close to the department stores Le Printemps and Les Galeries Lafayette. It is also a short distance to most points of interest in Paris. The Opera Garnier, built between 1862 and 1875, is the largest theatre for lyric opera in the world and the most typical monument of the Napoleon III era. Opposite is the Grands Boulevards with famous cafes, restaurants, and elegant malls. Not very far from this accommodation is the large Avenue de l'Opéra with its prestigious jewelers and, in the other direction, the Place Vendôme with its famous jewelry stores. There are also a lot of movie theatres in the 9th Arrondissement.
Premises:
This 37m² (approx. 395 sq. ft.) studio apartment is located on the eighth and top floor of a 1960s building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded system at night and opens into a hall leading to a second door with an intercom. This opens into a staircase leading to the first floor, where the elevator is located.
The apartment has a parquet floor and is south exposed. The entrance door opens into a hall, which has a built-in closet. This hall leads to the 27m² (approx. 290 sq. ft.) main room, which has two double-glazed windows and three double-glazed French doors that provide access to a green terrace that overlooks the street and offers a view over Paris rooftops.
The living room is furnished with a king-size bed, two bedside tables, built-in closets, lamps and two armchairs. This room is also equipped with an air conditioner, a flat screen cable TV and a high-speed DSL Internet connection (a wireless connection is also available).
The open kitchen is separated from the living room by a bar with stools. It is equipped with two vitro-ceramic burners, a small refrigerator, an Italian-style coffee maker, a kettle and a microwave.
Next to the kitchen is a door that provides access to a small hallway leading to the bathroom and the separate toilette.
The modern bathroom has a washbasin and a shower.
The separate toilette also has a small washbasin.
Heat is collective with the building or can be distributed via the air conditioner system (reversible). Hot water is electric.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro stations are Haussman-Saint Lazare (RER E), Havre-Caumartin (lines 3, 9), Chaussee d'Antin - La Fayette (lines 7, 9) or Trinité d'Estienne d'Orves (line 12)
